Montgomery County Department of Health conducted a Community Health Assessment for the county and published the results of the study in a 2023 report. The study identifies and prioritizes the major health needs of Montgomery County residents and focuses on the primary geographic areas served by Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville. The needs assessment analyzed data, demographics, socio-economic factors and health service utilization, and were conducted in association with multiple community stakeholders. The findings are published in the attached reports, providing a framework to help guide Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville, in collaboration with other community partners, to develop a Strategic Plan to help chart progress towards meeting the identified community needs.
