Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville to Allow One Visitor per Inpatient beginning on Monday, June 15

Beginning Monday, June 15 inpatients at Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville may have one visitor per day. Visiting hours will be from 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Visitors must be at least 16 years of age or older and should enter through the Main Entrance of the hospital. Patients with COVID-19 or under investigation for COVID-19 may not have visitors. Visitation will currently be for inpatients only. Those coming for outpatient or emergency services will only be able to have someone accompany them inside if they meet the criteria below.
- A visitor vital to the care of the patient (unique communication needs, etc.)
- Pediatric patients may have one parent/guardian or caregiver
Surgery patients (including Pre-Admission Testing) should continue to enter the building through the Patient Pickup entrance.
Numerous precautions for infection prevention, access control, social distancing and patient flow are in place to maintain a safe environment of care. All those entering the building will continue to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, including having their temperature taken. Visitors and patients presenting for PAT, Surgery or Outpatient Services are asked to bring a mask with them and to wear while in the building. Patients scheduling surgery or other invasive procedures will be tested for COVID-19 in advance of the procedure.
